What do I do if I need to cancel my appointment?
We require at least a 4 hour cancellation notice. If you cancel or change within the 4 hour notice you will be charged for 60% of your service. No call no shows will be charged the full amount of the service. Please be courteous as our therapists work on commission and gratuities and may only be in the shop when they have appointments booked. If you cannot make your appointment please call us to cancel, thank you.
What is your gratuity policy?
Gratuities are not mandatory but are always appreciated. Our therapists work on commission and tips only. Tips usually range from 10-25% of the service. But is up the guest to tip what they feel is appropriate. If still unsure, tip as you would in a restaurant.
What if I need to use the restroom?
Not a problem! Our restroom facilities are located on the backside of the building. We recommend that you use the restroom before or after your service since they are not located inside the spa. But, if you do need to during your treatment we can provide you with a robe so you can use the restroom.
I have an appointment for a waxing service. What should I do prior to arrival?
Please allow at least 1/4 inch of hair growth prior to your reservation. Please note that if you are using Retin-A, Differin, Renova, Accutane, blood thinning drugs, certain antibiotics, or alpha hydroxy products, please check with your doctor, as you may not be fit for waxing services while on such medications. In addition, guests with conditions such as diabetes, pregnancy, skin disorders and auto- immune disorders should check with their doctors prior to their visit.
What should I do with my valuables during my visit?
Please keep all valuables with you during your visit. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles or accessories.
Do you accept Credit Cards?
Yes. At the spa we accept MasterCard , Visa, American Express, & Discover
Do you accept personal checks?
We gladly accept personal checks with the proper identification. However, a $30 fee will be charged if the check is returned for any reason
Do I have to disrobe entirely for a spa treatment?
No, it is based on your comfort level, however, the more unrestricted access a therapist has to the problem area the better the results. The therapist will only uncover the area that she/he needs to work on. Please remember, take off only what you feel comfortable removing. Above all, we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your day at the spa.
Are appointments necessary?
They are not necessary, but are highly recommended so that we can assure you get the best time slot available for the service you want.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Late arrivals will be accommodated to the best of our ability, however, you will be charged for the original scheduled service if it has to be cut short.
